Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted
poor soundproofingunresponsive staff
The noise at night became a major problem. Windows lacked proper soundproofing, so I heard everything from the square below. Trucks unloading and cleaning at 6:45 AM made sleeping in impossible. the staff in the restaurant seemed completely uninterested in providing service. I tried three times to order, but the waiter ignored me, so I left.

Wonderful stay in the heart of it all

My room was very clean and had air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. The location was ideal, close to the market square and plenty of restaurants. I was happy with the smart tv. It had streaming services.
I noticed the stairs were narrow and steep.

The hotel sits right on the main square. Many attractions are within walking distance. I found it so easy to explore the city from this central spot. It really enhanced my trip.

the location was acceptable. it provides Easy access to restaurants, sightseeing and transport.
The staff attitude was unacceptable. i had To wait almost an hour after arriving because the staff was very busy with the restaurant. the bathtub was not clean. I saw hairs on it. there was also hair on the sink.

the location was perfect for exploring i was lucky to get a room with a fantastic view of the square the room was spacious and clean with lots of natural light i really enjoyed relaxing in the armchairs after a long day.
i found the stairs quite steep and narrow making it a bit tricky to carry my luggage up and down.

my beautiful double room featured a comfortable king bed and a clean bathroom i had a wonderful view overlooking the square the room included armchairs for relaxation and ample power outlets for devices.

check-in is handled at the restaurant adjacent to the rooms access to the rooms is through a door next to the restaurant i also found that air conditioning worked efficiently to maintain a comfortable temperature
